45th Mount Argus win €10,000

 

This summer 45th Mount Argus Group were shortlisted to the final three community groups to be in with a chance of winning an AIB Better Ireland Award.  This involved the group running a campaign to get people to text vote for them.  Overall, 45th receiv the most votes & so took the €10,000 prize.  THe money will be spent in the coming months on the purchace of I.T., Visual & Sound equipment to enhance their already outstanding programme.
